Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for customers producing composites via vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM)

Assist customers in optimizing their process to run ProxximaTM resins and, where needed, provide guidance on equipment upgrades

Lead application development projects utilizing VARTM equipment located in our Baytown facilities

Provide technical insights to help guide new application developments

Provide market insights to inform and update business strategy

Develop novel technology to strengthen the portfolio of intellectual property

Train and mentor less experienced colleagues

Required

B.S. or higher in Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent

5 – 10 years of experience fabricating or supervising manufacturing of thermoset composites using VARTM

Working understanding of thermoset chemistry in systems such as epoxy, polyurethane, vinyl ester, or polydicyclopentadiene

Experience in reaction injection molding (RIM) and/or high-pressure resin transfer molding (HPRTM) is a plus

Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
