Responsibilities
Define and execute multi-platform social strategy
Create compelling content
Connect insights across earned, owned, and shared channels
Design reporting systems that measure impact, track risks and opportunities
Ensure our narrative is discoverable across search and AI-powered platforms
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in digital communications, social media, or content strategy, ideally in high-growth technology
Proven track record in building and executing multi-platform social and digital strategies at scale
Deep knowledge of social platforms, SEO, audience behavior, analytics, and reporting systems
Strong editorial and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Hands-on experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native scheduling tools)
Proficiency with analytics and listening tools such as Brandwatch, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent
Preferred
Familiarity with generative AI tools
Background in cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology
Experience managing or scaling digital presence in global markets, with an understanding of regionally relevant platforms
