Responsibilities
Manage DFx development associated with RFQ's
Support DFx Guideline Development
Lead New Customer/Product Introductions
Manage Process Controls
Lead New Technology Development/Implementation
Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
Eight (8) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of industry experience is preferred
