Sales Manager

Thoroughly understand our company and products
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Oversight and management of Account Managers in the state
Tracking sales revenue metrics and monthly KPI reports for each Account Manager
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
Understand category-specific and market-specific landscapes and trends
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Develop positive relationships with clients and distributor
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks, consistently meeting sales goals
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Track customers’ preferences
Provide feedback to the Marketing and Sales departments regarding customers’ requests
Raise awareness of the Do Drops, Jerry Garcia, Liberty and Strane brands using company marketing tools and industry events
Participate in various events with our Sales team in promoting products to generate sales opportunities
Non-traditional work schedule including evening and weekend work
Qualification
