Director/ExecutiveCuerpo Talent is a rapidly scaling multi-site operational business seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead IT modernization and digital transformation. The role involves building the technology foundation to enhance operations and customer experience across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Design and implement a multi-year IT strategy across infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and applications
Modernize core operating platforms including AMS, ERP, CRM, & digital portals
Integrate systems across finance, logistics, field operations, and customer touchpoints
Launch dashboards and analytics tools for seller insights, transaction velocity, and operational KPIs
Drive automation & GenAI use cases to improve workflow efficiency and customer interactions
Standardize IT infrastructure across 30+ locations
Implement cybersecurity controls (MDR, CIAM, DR, awareness training, etc.)
Modernize end-user hardware, POS/lane systems, and Wi-Fi to support live operations
Ensure compliance with data privacy, customer identity, and financial transaction standards
Develop a centralized data platform to power reporting across operations, sales, and customer engagement
Implement tools for pricing intelligence, transport optimization, and digital engagement
Create dashboards for leaders and field teams to manage performance in real time
Build and mentor internal IT teams across infrastructure, applications, data, and cybersecurity
Consolidate third-party vendors and optimize ROI
Increase adoption of digital tools across auction, office, and operational teams
Present IT strategy, budgets, KPIs, and ROI to executive leadership and investors
Support future acquisitions and integration planning
Qualification
Required
Enterprise-scale IT leadership across multi-site, operationally intensive businesses
Experience modernizing legacy systems and migrating to cloud/hybrid environments
Proven success integrating ERP, CRM, AMS, and analytics platforms
Built data strategies and technology foundations to enable growth and efficiency
Led and scaled internal IT teams while managing vendor ecosystems
Strong financial & ROI-based decision-making
Preferred
Experience in automotive, logistics, retail services, or similar operational industries
Exposure to GenAI / automation / customer engagement technologies
Experience in private equity–backed or founder-led transformation environments
Familiarity with auction technology, marketplace platforms, or fleet remarketing tools
