Greeting/assisting visitors
Answering emails and phone calls
Helping students schedule appointments
Assisting the Learning Support Director, Coordinator, and tutors with tasks as needed
Other basic office duties
Qualification
Required
Must be a WSU student
GPA 3.0 or higher
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer service and office organization skills
Ability to work independently
Experience with Google Suite
Willingness to learn new technology
Preferred
Willingness and preference for contributing beyond the basic job requirements
