Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver high-quality, comprehensive reports on time
Utilize our proprietary valuation platform and other technology tools effectively
Apply in-depth knowledge of local market trends, neighborhoods, and pricing dynamics to provide reliable Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) or price opinions
Stay informed on local market conditions, neighborhood trends, and pricing dynamics
Provide excellent customer service in communication with internal teams
Uphold continuing education and credentialization requirements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience preparing BPOs, CMAs, or pricing residential properties
Proven experience producing accurate, well-supported BPOs or price opinions
Comfortable with technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to proprietary platforms
Active real estate license (and any state-required BPO credentials, where applicable)
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and pricing trends
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Reliable time management and ability to meet deadlines
