Head – Sales & Finance Operations (E-Rickshaw Battery Financing)
Enerjazz is building a high-impact company solving battery financing for India’s electric rickshaws. The role involves taking full ownership of sales, field operations, and financing execution across cities while leading a team and managing NBFC relationships.

Responsibilities
Own monthly battery sales, EMI collections, and portfolio quality targets
Build, train and lead city-level sales & field operations teams
Manage NBFC partners and unlock financing limits for our customers
Identify & onboard dealers, DSA agents, and sales partners in target cities
Design and implement field SOPs, CRM tools, incentive programs
Solve for credit risk, collections, and repayment flows in low-income markets
Report weekly metrics, optimize costs, and own the P&L of the sales engine
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in EV sales, e-rickshaw distribution, NBFC, vehicle loans, or mobility operations
Managed field teams, sales managers, and credit/collection agents
Have deep understanding of last-mile customer behavior, onboarding & risk
Comfortable working with informal customers (low documentation, no smartphone, etc.)
Hustler attitude: willing to work hands-on in field, with customers & partners
Clear communicator and a team builder — can inspire & retain field teams
Preferred
Experience working at/with: Revfin, Akasa, Saera, Euler, Muffin, or similar
Set up operations in Tier 2/3 cities
Have worked at a startup or scaled ops from scratch
Comfortable with Excel, CRM tools, field tracking apps
