Responsibilities
Support the development of long-range plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts across the Engineering Practice
Deliver actionable analytics and reporting to help optimize specific third-party expenses
Partner with business finance teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, HR, Strategy) to ensure integrated processes
Embrace AI and other new tooling to improve processes
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably supporting large-scale technology or engineering organizations
Experience working with complex financial data and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred
MBA or CPA
