Human Resources Director
Acadia Healthcare has partnered with Intermountain Health to open a new behavioral health facility in Westminster, Colorado. They are seeking an onsite Human Resources Director who will drive HR initiatives, influence talent acquisition and retention, and develop employee engagement programs to support a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
Lead HR Strategy: Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
Drive Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruiting and implement creative strategies to attract top talent
Champion Engagement: Develop programs that boost retention and foster an inclusive, empowering culture
Advise Leaders: Provide guidance on staffing, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and employee relations
Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate HR documentation and uphold regulatory standards
Mentor & Develop: Lead and grow an HR team committed to excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is REQUIRED
3–5 years in HR leadership with expertise in recruitment, training, compensation, and HR systems
Strategic thinker, relationship builder, and problem solver with a passion for people
Preferred
Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP)
Inpatient behavioral health HR experience
