Responsibilities

Review, verify, and screen all incoming orders for accuracy

Pull required parts from warehouse picklists and ensure correct inventory selection

Pack shipments using picklists, customized trays, and appropriate protective materials

Accurately record all shipping data in accordance with departmental and regulatory requirements

Utilize shipping software such as WorldShip, Ship Manager, and other related tools

Prepare all required documentation, including shipping labels, invoices, and bills of lading

Adhere to all applicable regulations, including DOT, IATA, and IMO

Follow ISO standards and all established procedures within the Quality Manual System

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Support overall warehouse cleanliness and organization efforts

Operate the reach truck and order picker upon completion of required training and certification
