Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to design and execute scalable go-to-market strategies
Lead annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota allocation
Deliver clear, actionable insights on pipeline performance, forecasting, and growth opportunities
Build and maintain accurate reporting and dashboards to track sales performance across segments
Optimize sales processes to remove friction and improve conversion rates
Oversee the sales tech stack, ensuring tools are integrated, reliable, and fully adopted
Align with Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Finance for seamless lead flow and reporting
Mentor and develop a high-performing Sales Ops team while staying hands-on where needed

Required

8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within a scaling B2B SaaS company, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record supporting multi-segment, multi-geo sales organizations
Deep expertise in Salesforce and related sales tools, with strong CRM architecture, reporting, and automation skills
Experience managing and developing operations team members while staying hands-on
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, interpret complex data, and extract clear insights
Exceptional project management and change management capabilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels

Preferred

Experience building and leading high-performing Sales Ops teams is a plus
