The role involves assisting with the installation of various types of cabling in commercial settings, requiring candidates to be comfortable working from lifts and ladders on long-term projects.

Responsibilities
Pull, test, and terminate various types of cabling
Install support structures, including ladders, racks, and j-hooks
Follow directions from the team lead to ensure project success
Work comfortably from 6ft, 8ft, and 10ft ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
Perform cabling work in commercial new construction environments
Proficiently use hand tools (drills, screwdrivers, snips, levels)
Qualification
Required
Must be able to legally work in the USA
Must pass a criminal background check, E-Verify, and drug test
Flexibility with availability; willing to work overtime
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, strong communication skills
Reliability and punctuality required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay mobile throughout the day
Preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude preferred; ability to work unsupervised
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus, not required
OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
