Responsibilities

Lead strategic licensing negotiations across multiple partner types: Major Hollywood Studios, Television Networks, Independent distributors
Own P&L responsibility for assigned partnerships, including financial modeling, forecasting, and performance optimization
Drive the development and launch of new TVOD features and growth opportunities, working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams
Establish and nurture executive-level relationships across the entertainment industry
Orchestrate release windows and promotional strategies that maximize value across diverse content types
Lead go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising, and Amazon Advertising teams
Develop data-driven insights to optimize partner performance and customer experience across different content verticals
Shape strategic roadmap for TVOD innovation and growth initiatives

Required

7+ years of account management, business development, content licensing or finance experience
Experience with Excel
Experience with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables

Preferred

Knowledge of digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies
Experience with digital products and interactive entertainment
Strong understanding of content windowing strategies across different types of programming
