The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment, performing tasks such as property inspections and light cleaning.

Responsibilities
Conduct regular walkthroughs of common areas, parking lots, and building exteriors to identify maintenance needs
Perform light cleaning tasks such as trash pickup, sweeping, and maintaining common areas
Spot and document repair needs (e.g., lighting, doors, landscaping, minor safety concerns)
Communicate findings promptly to property management for resolution and provide detailed photographs
Provide access or oversight when contractors are onsite for repairs or services
Ensure property conditions meet safety standards and report hazards immediately
Qualification
Required
Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, walking)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills for reporting issues to management
Preferred
Prior experience in property maintenance, facilities, or porter work preferred
