Responsibilities
Research dormant or declining accounts and prepare reactivation-ready reports for account managers
Analyze industry and geographic trends to identify growth opportunities
Support business development, prospecting, outreach, and meeting coordination
Maintain and update CRM records with research findings and interactions
Prepare presentations and strategic reports for leadership and account managers
Work closely with the sales and account management teams to refine customer engagement
Use tools like Excel, CRM software, and research databases to interpret data
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Curiosity and drive to learn about sales, business development, and customer engagement
Ability to dig into data, research answers, and find patterns in information
