Responsibilities

Creation and management of user accounts, home folders and network shares

Provide timely response and follow-up for day-to-day Help Desk tickets and support issues

Active Directory account, group and OU maintenance

Maintain existing scripts and automated jobs

Provide support for account and access related issues

Provide support for remote access solutions

Maintain documentation and runbooks for the Identity Management department

License management and assignment for Office 365

Maintain Group Policies

Provision clinical application access

Qualification

Required

Associates degree or 2 + years' experience in Information Technology

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent analytical skills are essential for this job. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot identity and access issues quickly by identifying sources of problems

The candidate must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential

Preferred

2 or more years' experience in Active Directory Management

2 or more years' experience in user account administration

Ability to write and/or edit scripts

Experience with Clinical User Access with but not limited to Cerner, Eclipsys and PACS

Experience with Vendor remote access software
