Understand how to maintain accurate inventory systems, prepare shipments, and track stock movement across multiple departments

Learn to streamline packing, labeling, and storage processes for easy access and improved department functionality

Develop planning, scheduling, and follow-through skills while managing multi-phase operational projects

Gain exposure to how operations, recruitment, and RDS/Showcase and Foundation Phase Academy teams’ equipment, administrative and resource needs

Build accountability, adaptability, and initiative in a fast-paced environment
