The company is seeking an experienced Equity Stock Plan Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations and compliance of their global equity compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various departments.

Responsibilities
Administer global equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP
Manage day-to-day operations in the company’s equity administration platform and coordination with the transfer agent
Interface with senior management and be the finance subject matter expert on all things equity
Oversee award issuance, vesting, exercises, releases, and forfeitures
Ensure compliance with SEC and other regulatory filings, including Form 4, Section 16, and related disclosures
Collaborate with Legal on insider trading policies, blackout periods, and governance
Assist with ASC 718 expense calculations, reporting, and reconciliation
Support quarter-end and year-end reporting, including 10-K and proxy equity-related disclosures
Coordinate with Payroll and Tax on withholding, reporting, and cross-border compliance
Provide employee support, education, and communications on equity programs
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across internal systems and vendors
Support internal and external audits and ensure SOX compliance for equity processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
7–10 years of progressive experience in equity compensation administration
Deep understanding of ASC 718, equity accounting, and valuation concepts
Proven experience handling regulatory filings (Form 4, Section 16, 10-K, proxy reporting)
Hands-on experience with global stock plan systems and vendor platforms
High attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle) a plus
Preferred
CPA/CEP certification strongly preferred
