Business Development Rep
BuildWitt is on a mission to build the Dirt World’s next generation by helping companies attract top talent and retain them. The Business Development Rep will prospect with Dirt World companies to solve their workforce challenges, book meetings, and respond to leads promptly.

Responsibilities
Making initial contact with Dirt World companies to figure out needs and product fit for our software and the Dirt World Summit
Booking 20 qualified outbound meetings per month
Responding to 100% of inbound leads within 1 business hour
Logging 100% of activity in Hubspot
A strong partnership with your Account Executive to hit individual and team metrics
Continuous personal improvement
Qualification
Required
Entry Level experience
Ability to make initial contact with Dirt World companies
Ability to book 20 qualified outbound meetings per month
Ability to respond to 100% of inbound leads within 1 business hour
Ability to log 100% of activity in Hubspot
Strong partnership with Account Executive to hit individual and team metrics
Commitment to continuous personal improvement
Exceptional at connecting with people via social media and live conversations

Experience in construction, or with sales systems like Hubspot, or a unique perspective that yields strong results
