The Project Management Administrative Assistant will support the Creative Operations team and the SVP of Creative by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various e-commerce and retail projects.

Responsibilities

Support project manager in tracking project progress and identifying potential risks

Assist in the management of project plans including schedules, budgets and resource allocation

Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, status reports and action items

Schedule and coordinate meetings

Process expense reports

Make travel arrangements including flights, ground transportation and hotels

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

Required

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Detail oriented and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Two years of experience in project management or a related role

Proficient in Google Workspace, Adobe, Jira and Concur
