Train the General Manager along with all employees in the technical aspects of the Tunnel
Assist in improving training content, development, and implementation based on experience and employee feedback
Schedule and train field leaders on troubleshooting technical problems
Train the crew on general carwash operations
Train on how to complete the daily and weekly Tunnel operations checklist
Train on preventative maintenance
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to travel
Extensive knowledge of technical carwash operations
Proficient in technologies and equipment used in car wash operations
High school diploma
3+ years of experience in a training role
Ability to lift or move 50 pounds
