Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy for AI/agentic systems, aligning roadmap with company goals and market opportunities
Partner closely with engineering to design and deliver scalable, reliable multi-agent workflows and automation systems
Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements, balancing ambitious innovation with practical execution
Own the product lifecycle: research, requirements, roadmap, launch, adoption, and iteration
Collaborate across design, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes
Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, agent frameworks, and automation, identifying opportunities to apply them in product
Ensure products meet performance, security, and compliance standards

Required

Proven track record of building and launching complex technical products, ideally in AI, automation, or SaaS
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment between product and engineering
Strong technical fluency (comfortable engaging in discussions on LLMs, orchestration tools, APIs, and system design)
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for stakeholders and customers
A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action

Preferred

Background in AI/agentic systems, multi-agent architectures, or reinforcement learning
Experience with real-time, event-driven, or cloud-native systems
