Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve complex solar energy system issues in a timely and accurate manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and project management) to develop and implement technical solutions

Assist with system troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization to minimize downtime and maximize energy production

Contribute to the design and review of solar PV systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements and regulatory standards

Support internal staff and external partners through technical training initiatives to ensure knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices

Analyze system data and provide actionable insights to improve system design, performance, and reliability

Work with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales and post-sales processes

Required

Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NEC, UL, IEEE) and local regulatory requirements

Proficiency with design and analysis software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, or similar)

Excellent organizational and project management skills
