Mid LevelRTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a premier construction company in Florida seeking a Marketing and Proposal Manager. This role is responsible for developing content and strategic messaging for proposals, marketing collateral, and various communication channels within the construction and design industry.

Responsibilities
Create, edit, and manage a wide range of marketing, proposal, and technical content across multiple platforms
Develop creative strategies to improve brand visibility, messaging, and social media presence
Research, organize, and maintain project data, documentation repositories, and reference materials
Collaborate with staff through interviews and planning sessions to produce accurate project sheets, resumes, and qualification submissions
Lead and support award submissions, RFQ/RFP proposals, bid packages, and other recognition or qualification efforts
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience writing and producing content specific to the construction and design industry
Ability to create, edit, and manage a wide range of marketing, proposal, and technical content across multiple platforms
Experience developing creative strategies to improve brand visibility, messaging, and social media presence
Skills in researching, organizing, and maintaining project data, documentation repositories, and reference materials
Ability to collaborate with staff through interviews and planning sessions to produce accurate project sheets, resumes, and qualification submissions
Experience leading and supporting award submissions, RFQ/RFP proposals, bid packages, and other recognition or qualification efforts
