They are seeking a Junior Billing & Collections Specialist to assist in client invoicing, manage accounts receivable collections, and support monthly closing activities related to billing and collections.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and sending client invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Manage AR collections and reporting processes for customers

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

Perform AR balance reconciliations

Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment issues

Process invoice corrections, reissues, and adjustments as required

Handle chargebacks and disputes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution

Help maintain up-to-date billing and collections records

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or billing issues

Support monthly closing activities related to billing and collections

Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Excel or similar tools
