Responsibilities

Create end-to-end automations across CRM, e-commerce, and internal systems using AI tools and low/no-code platforms

Build and deploy bots (in customer service, influencer management, operations, and marketing) that drive measurable impact

Connect APIs and data pipelines between platforms like NetSuite, Kustomer, Shopify, and external tools

Design regression tests, monitor performance, and refine workflows for accuracy, reliability, and compliance

Create quick dashboards (SQL, Sheets, Looker Studio) to monitor bot adoption and ROI

Write SOPs, deliver Loom walk-throughs, and train business users to work with AI tools confidently

Required

2-3 years in technical analysis, automation engineering, or AI workflow development (preferably in e-commerce or CX)

Proficient in APIs, JSON, SQL, and low/no-code platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, UiPath, etc.)

Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM solutions (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)

Strong problem solver who enjoys translating business needs into scalable technical solutions

Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams

Preferred

Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or CRM platforms

Lean/Six Sigma training
