Responsibilities
Provide Service Customers to identify and create sales opportunities
Conduct inspections, propose solutions, and close sales for residential pest control, termite, rodent, and crawlspace services
Drive branch revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets
Track and report daily sales activities and results
Motivate and coach the team to maximize productivity and achieve goals
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to all customers
Support Service Professionals with pest inspections, treatments, and customer service as needed
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professionalism, timely service, and effective communication
Oversee daily schedules to optimize efficiency and ensure timely arrival at all accounts
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Conduct 2–4 inspections per day and propose multiple solutions per inspection
Close 2–3 sales per day while maintaining excellent service standards
Attend & lead weekly company trainings and meetings
Uphold a clean, professional appearance and conduct at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proven ability to sell, close deals, and meet targets
Highly motivated, energetic, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license with a clean MVR check
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate crawlspaces and attics
