Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, updating and optimizing the S&OP excel tools which generates the final SIOP Master Production Schedule

Works with Supply Chain leadership to develop reports to track inventory , consumption, transfer orders, aftermarket, forecast, demand modeling and utilization

Updates Systems with agreed volumes, forecasts , planning parameters as recommended

Serves as a super user amongst the supply chain system tools ( Mapics , Synchrono , Demand Solutions) to optimize reporting structures for the teams

Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities

Conduct in-depth market research with PGT groups and synthesize short- and long-term forecasts with the demand tools available

Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management

Measure Forecast Accuracy and determine Root Causes behind forecast variances communicate and take corrective action

Participate and/or lead all SIOP and aftermarket weekly meetings

Prepares monthly activity report and other management reports as required

Performs other related duties as required

Support continuous Improvement projects within the supply chain and planning functions

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Required

High School Diploma/Equivalent required

6+ years of relevant experience, purchasing, production/material control experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience in use of computer software/hardware systems

Knowledge of purchasing procedures and practices

Knowledge of modern office equipment

Must have strong oral and written communication skills
