Working directly with customers to address and resolve inquiries
Scheduling accessory installations
Coordinating parts and service needs prior to installations
Initiate and reconcile repair orders and We-Owe statements
Issue and track purchase orders
Developing a post-sale process to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Organization skills
A Valid driver's license with driving record acceptable to Kendall insurance company
Preferred
Experience in the automotive industry
Experience in accounting
