The company is seeking a Technical Requirements Manager to work with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to define architecture and implementation strategies for digital projects.

Responsibilities
Translate and breakdown product features and requests into well-scoped development tasks
Assist the Project team in triaging issues to ensure technical priorities are delivered
Guide the technology teams in planning, architecting, and developing scalable and robust technology solutions across the Fox News, Fox Business, and Fox Weather websites and apps
Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure documentation and solution definition are complete, well-articulated, and contain verifiable technical requirements for the development and QA teams
Consult and collaborate with product teams, operations teams, and stakeholders to create the most effective content delivery systems, tools and applications
Develop innovative technological solutions to solve complex product requirements
Maintain awareness of industry trends and the competitive landscape related to design, content, community, user experiences, SEO, and storytelling capabilities
Work closely with a wide range of groups within Fox to make sure there is an effective approach outlined for various request types, including editorial needs, ads implementation, analytics implementation, marketing initiatives, and others
Work on special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years previous experience working as an engineer or related technical role
Deep experience working across a variety of digital technology platforms
Knowledge in CMS tools, Web Development, Mobile & OTT applications, API integration
Robust knowledge of industry trends and new technologies
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications & requirements
Ability to evaluate overall goal and offer solution options
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
Self-starter when it comes to learning new technologies
Excellent communication skills - both oral and written - with a reputation for building and maintaining relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and/or interact with the other staff, executives, colleagues and vendors
Ability to remain professional in all situations
