Responsibilities
Manage client assignments: Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, using project management tools to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and success
Prepare & Review: Handle the preparation of tax returns (entity and individual), payroll and sales tax filings, workpapers, and financial statements
Research & Advise: Conduct tax research, draft memos, and collaborate with senior team members to implement solutions
Support and Mentor: Guide interns by offering consistent feedback, recognition, and developmental support
Foster Collaboration: Work closely with peers and leadership to ensure quality, accuracy, and knowledge-sharing across teams
Contribute to Growth: Actively support firm initiatives and demonstrate continued development of technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting
Actively pursuing CPA certification (minimum of one section passed)
Strong technical, communication, and client service skills
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and mentoring early-career professionals
