Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby 3.2+ and Rails 7+
Implement data models and persistence layers using Mongoid (ORM)
Build and manage containerized environments with Docker
Integrate authentication and authorization using Devise and CanCanCan
Develop real-time features leveraging ActionCable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with federal security standards
Optimize application performance and scalability
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

Required

Strong understanding of secure coding practices and compliance standards
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Preferred

Vue.js
OAuth 2 and SAML integration
Front-end bundling with Webpack or Vite
Familiarity with FFI and Rust for performance-critical components
Experience with NIST, FedRAMP, or GovRamp security frameworks
Infrastructure automation using Chef or Ansible
