Responsibilities
Deliver a great client experience by educated them on way we can improve the health, safety and comfort of their home environment
Analyzing factors like property size, insulation, climate, and energy efficiency goals
Recommending HVAC systems or upgrades, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork improvements
Providing quotes and explaining financing options
Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager
Answer customer questions, guiding them through the decision-making process to purchase systems or services, and informing of any pertinent information about their equipment
Ensuring customer satisfaction after installation and offering maintenance plans
Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner
Office time required for trainings, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
Prior industry experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
