Responsibilities
Facilitates Government-wide community meetings with Folio member agencies to refine system requirements, coordinate prioritization, and communicate roadmap plans
Deliver an approved new agency migration plan for the successful onboarding of a non-Folio agency into the Folio Federal Shared Service
Perform the planning, coordination, and migration of agency OMB Circular A-11 Section 55 data, along with agency-specific data, from a third-party system into the Folio Federal Shared Service so that data integrity, continuity, and successful onboarding are ensured
Perform testing of new member agency instances so that all data is migrated appropriately, user permissions are correctly set up, and the new member agency Folio instances are ready to turn over to the agency
Conduct training sessions on the use and administration of the Folio Federal Shared Service for new member agency system administrators and end users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
Minimum of seven years of detailed experience in Help Desk / Service Desk, coupled with five years of experience in IT, including operational, support, and management services
ScrumMaster Certified
Strong project management skills
Understanding of OMB A-11 and capital planning processes
