Responsibilities
Manage the daily content operations and maintenance of the company's official accounts on major social media platforms (such as RED, Douyin, WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channels, etc.)
Independently plan and produce high-quality content, including graphic design and short video shooting and editing
Write engaging and shareable social media copy, adapting the style to fit each platform’s audience and characteristics
Monitor social media performance data, conduct regular analysis, and continuously optimize content strategy
Stay informed on industry trends and hot topics, and drive content innovation aligned with the brand’s tone and positioning
Experience in social media paid advertising, with the ability to develop and optimize ad strategies based on business goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media operations; strong content creation skills preferred
Proficient in commonly used graphic design tools (such as Photoshop, Canva, etc.) and video editing software (such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft copy tailored to different platforms and target audiences
Familiar with the content ecosystem and user preferences of major social media platforms; basic data analysis capability required
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Ability to relocate to Irvine, CA 92614 before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Experience in managing paid social media advertising is a plus
Experience in social media paid advertising, with the ability to develop and optimize ad strategies based on business goals
