Lead, train, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase volume and profitability

Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize profitability

Maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor to provide support and guidance to sales consultants

Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all pre-owned vehicle buyers

Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to promote pre-owned inventory and facilitate transactions

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and adjust strategies as needed
