Responsibilities
Provide SME support in RADAR and Electronic Countermeasures for ISR, EW, SIGINT, CUAS, and SOF mission planning
Support design, development, testing, and fielding of CUAS and related EW capabilities
Aggregate, allocate, and track requirements using registers/RCMs and support drafting SOOs, SOWs, and PWSs
Evaluate proposals for CUAS/EW solutions against RFP requirements and programmatic constraints
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10+ years in EW, RADAR, ECM, or CUAS technologies, including 3–5+ years applying these capabilities in military or SOF operations
Demonstrated understanding of CUAS concepts of employment, sensor fusion, and threat trends
Strong analytical and communication skills to convey complex system trade-offs
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Preferred
Experience designing, integrating, or testing CUAS systems for SOF or joint forces
Background with multi-sensor CUAS architectures and kill-chain integration
