AlphaGraphics is a locally owned and operated visual communications company servicing clients of all shapes and sizes. They are seeking a full-time Retail Customer Service Representative responsible for greeting clients, generating estimates, and managing client communications.

Responsibilities

Greeting all walk-in clients and working directly with them to accomplish their goals and objectives
Responding to client emails
Generating estimates and job tickets
Answering the phone and routing calls
Contacting clients when orders are ready for pickup

Qualification

Print sales experienceCustomer service skillsPrintSmith experienceCommunication skillsProblem solvingSoftware proficiencyTeamworkPersuasive skillsRelationship building

Required

1 year print sales experience required (Retail customer service positions like Office Depot, Staples, FedEx Office, Minuteman Press, Allegra, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
The desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutions
A genuine desire to meet the customer's needs
Persuasive and goal driven
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Problem solving and solutions oriented
Pleasant and professional demeanor
Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships
Familiarity with standard computer software programs
Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary

Preferred

Relationship and consultative sales experience helpful
PrintSmith or similar print/signs MIS experience helpful
