Teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses offered in all of the programs offered in the School of Computer Science and Engineering
Produce scholarly research and provide service to the university and community
Supervise student research at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and actively participate in other types of academic student advising
Contribute to the School's curriculum development
Serve the School, College and University, as well as the community and the profession
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field by the time of appointment
Preferred
Candidates with good teaching and research record
Preferred candidates must demonstrate potential for excellence in teaching, research and scholarly activities
The candidate is expected to supervise student research at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and to actively participate in other types of academic student advising
The candidate will actively contribute to the School's curriculum development
The candidate will serve the School, College and University, as well as the community and the profession
