Responsibilities

Process Falcon flight hardware in the pursuit of safe, rapid, and reliable integration and launch
Develop tools, hardware, and procedures to efficiently assembly, integrate, and test various systems
Design, develop, and operate various data acquisition or other electrical systems
Maintain clear communication and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled engineers, mission managers, and technicians to execute operations across various cleanroom facilities (both internationally and domestic)
Identify high-risk processes ahead of flight hardware processing, and proactively implement procedural improvements to ensure operational excellence
Collaborate with engineering to identify and resolve hardware non-conformances

Required

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or STEM discipline or 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
1+ years of experience creating and/or working with manufacturing design, build, integration or test

Preferred

5+ years of professional experience designing, building, integrating, and testing complex multi-disciplinary systems
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: launch vehicle or spacecraft integration, composite structure design or testing; test operations with gases/fluids, data acquisition setup, and field measurements
Demonstrates technical intuition, critical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity
Documentation and configuration management experience
Experience writing test plans, procedures and providing go/no-go judgment and rationale
Experience interacting with CAD software and basic analysis programs
Professional experience testing and operating with or around hazardous systems (high pressure, high energy, hazardous gases/fluids, etc.)
Professional experience working with large assembly moves (e.g. crane operations)
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with a wide range of people
Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding atmosphere
