Responsibilities

Project management and execution of digital and experiential investor initiatives for the Real Estate Group

Help to develop high touch, creative and memorable experiences that build awareness, elevate the Brookfield Real Estate brand, and deepen relationships with clients and prospects

Drive activations from conception through execution (venue and vendor research, budgets, timelines, invitations, audio-visual, catering, on-site logistics, etc)

Drive optimal use of technology platforms for seamless client invitation and communication experience

Produce post-event analyses using survey metrics and feedback, and create post-event reports – communicate proactively to key stakeholders and executive management

Required

A degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events, or related field

8-12 years' professional experience

Strong project management skills, with ability to collaborate with teams across functions

Ability to implement best practices and processes; organized with meticulous attention to detail

A passion for delivering differentiated, high-quality events

Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, multi-task and prioritize

Ability to keep calm and problem solve during high pressure moments

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and event management tools (Cvent, etc.)

Ability to travel, including internationally, for events and planning trips
