Responsibilities
Build the best design team in fintech
Play the role of a super-IC as you build out the design team
Hire a Content Designer, Product Designer, Design Engineer, and others as needed
Empower team members to do great work
Create a team that leads with empathy and vision

Qualification
Required
Experience in building and leading design teams, particularly in fintech
Strong understanding of user experience and design principles
Ability to collaborate effectively with product and marketing teams
Experience in hiring and empowering design talent
A track record of creating engaging and user-friendly designs
Ability to mold and define team identity and culture
Strong leadership skills with a vision for design excellence
Preferred
Experience working with APIs or in a technology-driven environment
Familiarity with consumer finance and fintech industry trends
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Background in product design, content design, or design engineering
