In this role, you will assist the microbiological laboratory with sampling and testing of finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with production, packing, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure a continuous flow of quality and efficiency throughout the plant

Aseptically collect samples and accurately document them for traceability

Ensure proper use and sanitation of lab equipment through verification, cleaning, and calibration

Ensure proper sanitation of the lab through completion of routine cleaning tasks

Work as a team with other lab associates to achieve shift, department, and factory objectives

Support preparation for compliance audits by organizing documentation, conducting pre-audit checks, and ensuring that all quality standards and procedures are met and documented accurately
