Responsibilities
Generate leads and close sales through outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, and door-to-door prospecting
Build and execute strategic sales plans to grow our fiber footprint and increase customer spend
Partner with Solutions Engineers to design the best technical solutions for each customer
Maintain an active sales funnel and report on pipeline progress to the Sales Manager
Communicate value propositions clearly and consultatively to business decision-makers
Be part of a positive, high-performing team that supports and motivates each other
Stay on top of market trends and altafiber's evolving suite of services
Qualification
Required
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in a competitive B2B environment
Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills
A self-motivated, resourceful attitude with a drive to exceed sales goals
Excellent planning, communication, and time management abilities
Preferred
Preferred MBA
Knowledge of telecom services (data, voice, video, networking) preferred
