They are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to handle complex litigation matters and represent businesses and financial institutions in various disputes.
Consulting
Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and financial disputes
Provide legal counsel on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters, including restructuring and insolvency proceedings
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies for complex disputes
Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to develop innovative legal solutions
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the North Dakota and/or Minnesota State Bar, or eligibility for admission
Experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
Preferred
Trial experience is highly preferred
