Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, compliant data analysis solutions for commercialization of pharmaceutical drugs
Lead end-to-end data analysis by querying data, interpreting it, massaging and transforming it and creating insights on charts to represent it for a business audience
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align approach with strategic goals
Lead BI initiatives like KPI harmonization, dashboard design and wireframe creation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in US Pharmaceutical sales analytics or sales operations with a strong focus on data and analytics
Bachelor degree in statistics, data analytics, MBA, Masters in Statistics, Masters in Data Science or equivalent
Proven expertise in interpreting data analysis, BI dashboards implementation, and data warehousing
Strong communication, leadership, and client stakeholder management skills
Understanding of database structures
Ability to write complex sql queries to pull data
Preferred
Knowledge of data in systems including SAP, CRM, Model N, and Ecommerce platforms
