Responsibilities
Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills
Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting audits
Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation for client presentations
Qualification
Required
At least 6 years working in A&A within a public accounting environment
CPA Is REQUIRED
Ability for some travel for client engagements
Financial Statement Audit Experience Required
Preferred
Ideally, have already worked as a manager for 1 year
B.S. in Accounting or related field, M.S. is preferred
EBP Is a Plus
