Responsibilities
Collaboration with verification engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, performance, and security dimensions
Overseeing test plans, execution, and reporting to guarantee product reliability of our Patient Systems portfolio
Define, consistently improve, and implement robust verification strategies for our Patient Systems portfolio
Drive test automation initiatives to improve scalability, reduce variability, and support a “shift-left” approach in the development lifecycle
Discovering and incorporating tools, techniques, and procedures to continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness in verification procedures
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Work closely with development managers, product management, and regulatory teams to align verification activities with business goals and customer needs
Ensuring verification procedures are aligned with quality compliance and regulatory applicable standards for example (ISO development, environmental, health and safety and other applicable)
Ensuring that identified improvement opportunities in the test processes are addressed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
7 or more years of professional experience in verification engineering
3 or more years of professional experience in a leadership role
Proven experience in leading and mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Experience in outlining and successful execution of verification strategies for hardware / software systems
Experience in integrating automated tests for continuous integration
Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills in the English language
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside of the established solutions
Ability to work independently and with a team
