Responsibilities
Leading cross-functional strategic, high-impact projects with global Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Service, Quality, Finance & HR
Closely aligning with leadership team on priorities and operational, financial and strategic performance improvement targets
Facilitating leadership team meetings and manage action items
Supporting business performance analytics and insights to drive action as well as process management support for critical cross functional strategic initiative reviews designed to improve business KPIs
KPI development, monitoring, business analytics and business performance insights
Business process improvement workstream leadership
Program Management
Management of the integrated business planning process for SLS
Managing Business Execution Analysts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of working experience leading business performance analytics, and business performance improvement initiatives
Relevant experience in process management of strategic/tactic change projects
Relevant experience supporting cross-functional leadership teams
Relevant experience in organizing and conducting improvement workshops, and leading change initiatives
DX Experience and Management Consulting Experiences are ideal
Ability to lead without authority in senior management teams
Experience performing and leading business performance analytics, identifying business performance insights across functions and ability to mobilize support to drive business performance improvement
Project management skills preferably gained in strategic/tactic change projects
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to visualize data and reduce complex data sets to drive compelling conclusions
Experience in developing metrics that support strategy deployment (e.g., Hoshin Kanri) and driving execution to deliver results
Experience or knowledge of Integrated Business Planning a plus
